The phone app

On a phone, trial. runs as an app from your home screen. In a phone browser tab, the page shows the steps to add it instead of the terminal.

Steps

iPhone, in Safari:

  1. Tap Share in the browser bar.
  2. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  3. Open trial. from your home screen.

Android, in Chrome:

  1. Tap Install trial when the page offers it, or open the browser menu.
  2. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Open trial. from your home screen.

Good to know

  • Links opened inside X, Telegram, Instagram or TikTok cannot add to the home screen. Open the page in Safari or Chrome first.
  • Tablets and desktops are never asked to install. A narrow desktop window keeps the desktop layout.
  • On iPhone the app fills the whole screen, under the status bar and down to the bottom edge.
  • On a phone, the pages move to a tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
